Established in 2007 by Jackie Bettington CIMS assists organisations with systematically and professionally managing their business processes, systems and information, including records and archives.

Our focus is on enabling organisations to achieve business-driven improvements that satisfy compliance and support the sustainability of evidence and information.

At CIMS we believe in working collaboratively with clients and pride ourselves on our independence and integrity.  We are not aligned with any third parties or specific products.

We are recognized as industry leaders and actively contribute and lead developments within the records and information management sector. This work is achieved through our active participation in the Australian Society of Archivists, Records Management Association of Australasia and Standards Australia's IT-21 Committee on Records Management.
